Most of our birkenstock products are in stock! Our standard procedure is to immediately ship items currently available in our warehouse. Any items not available in our warehouse are ordered from the manufacturer. We will notify you of any items that are Back Ordered after your order is placed; we always try to let you know if we have close alternative items to choose from that are ready to ship. We automatically ship Back Ordered items to you once they arrive at our Central California warehouse. Back Ordered items will ship via "FREE UPS Ground" if the original order qualified for the“FREE UPS Ground" offer. If you choose expedited shipping we ship any items we have in stock via the method of your choice, any future Back Ordered items will ship "FREE UPS Ground."
